Urban Botanica aims to send the freshest, highest quality plants possible.
Please be aware plants sent may vary slightly from the photos. Plants are a living product and as such, will vary in size, shape and colour.
We reserve the right to determine appropriateness of care before authorising a return and or refund.
Urban Botanica can only provide shipping within the UK. Any orders placed from outside the UK will be cancelled and refunded.
We do not ship plants on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, to avoid plants sitting in a warehouse over the weekend.
Orders will be sent to the address provided at checkout, we are not liable for incorrect addresses.
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact Urban Botanica immediately. Any claims must be raised within 24 hours of receipt of product. Plants that have been repotted after delivery cannot be returned, we recommend waiting at least 14 days from delivery before repotting. This allows the plant to acclimatise to its new environment.
When submitting a claim, you must include photos of the issue, including proof of shipping labels. Urban Botanica cannot be held responsible for any mishandling of the products once they are delivered.
We are happy to replace a plant that has been badly damaged upon delivery. This does not include minor damage such as broken leaves. Photos must be submitted to us within 24 hours.
